By accessing or using SmartNote2Self.com (“the Site”), its journals, digital products, or any SmartNote2Self™ AI-enabled tools (“AI Tools”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Site.

1. Purpose of SmartNote2Self™

SmartNote2Self™ provides:

journals and reflection tools
educational and creative content
AI-enabled insights for personal development

These tools are not intended to diagnose, treat, or advise on medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or emergency matters.

2. Nature of AI Tools

SmartNote2Self™ AI Tools generate content automatically.

AI output may:

be incomplete or inaccurate
reflect patterns or interpretations
require human judgment
be derived from publicly available information, government archives, or news sources

AI output is provided “as is” for reflection and educational purposes only.

You agree not to rely on AI for decisions requiring professional expertise.

3. Public Data & Analysis

AI Tools may summarize or analyze:

publicly available Government of Jamaica archives
Ministry of Finance (MOF) publications
FINSAC-era records
newspaper reports
open-source datasets

Because this is public information, JDPA/GDPR erasure and objection rights do not apply.

If you disagree with how AI references public information about you, you may contact us and we will take reasonable steps to suppress future processing of your personal data — but not public archival data.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Site or AI Tools, you agree:

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply AI outputs
You will verify information independently where needed
You will not use AI outputs to harass, defame, exploit, or target others
You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary prompts

5. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SmartNote2Self™, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for:

errors, omissions, or inaccurate AI-generated content
decisions you make based on AI outputs
interpretation or misuse of any content
damages or losses arising from use of the Site

Your use is entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All journals, writings, images, prompts, tools, and AI configurations are the intellectual property of SmartNote2Self™.

You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without permission.

7. Right to Refuse Access

We reserve the right to:

suspend access
block abusive behavior
decline processing requests that are unlawful or harmful

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
